There is a delivery charge on all orders. Out-of-state shipments are made by common carriers at the going rate. Buyer is responsible for providing common carrier. Advice may be obtained from a Peerless Farm LLC, representative as to size of truck needed.

For the loading of outside carriers, van, reefer, etc. a surcharge of $25.00 will be assessed for securing load with extra bracing. We will deliver anywhere with a minimum lead-time, full or combination loads.

Certain size trees may create a wide load for a highway and special permits must be obtained in order to transport these loads—all at the responsibility of the buyer. The unloading of the trees at their final destination is the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer should make arrangements to have available any necessary equipment to offload the trees.

Peerless LLC, emphasizes accurate representation of plant specifications and delivery date to our customers. In the event plant material is canceled upon delivery and cancellation is not related to the condition of plant material, Peerless Farm will charge a restocking fee to cover costs of assembly, loading, delivery, and restocking.

STAND BY TIME due to increase costs. Peerless Farm LLC will charge waiting time on job site deliveries. No charge for up to the first hour. Beyond two hours, buyer will be charged $60.00 per hour.

Customer pick-up is a welcome way for clients to save on delivery charges. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance so that we may effectively assemble your order (tarps not furnished)

Peerless Farm LLC exercises the utmost care to keep all varieties true to name, however, each sale is made subject to the condition that should any plant material sold by it prove to be otherwise, Peerless Farm LLC, liability will be limited to the sum actually received by it for such material, and in no event shall it be held liable for any greater amount.

Peerless Farm LLC guarantees all plant material to be in good condition. Any claims (as to the condition of tree) must be made immediately upon receipt of same. Once accepted in condition, we cannot be held responsible for improper handling, planting, maintenance, or damage by elements. Peerless Farm guarantee is limited to the cost of plant material supplied by it.

Orders for future delivery may be help up to 30 days. Orders may be held longer and require a substantial deposit and/or a monthly maintenance charge.
